What changes will we make to improve the new version of our mushroom jerky?
We are using fresh mushrooms to improve taste, texture, and nutritional value. We are also simplifying the previous ingredient list to create a cleaner, better-for-you product with stronger consumer appeal.
How do you process the chips?
Our mushroom chips begin with carefully selected fresh mushrooms that are sorted, washed, and trimmed to ensure consistent quality and texture. The mushrooms are then sliced (shiitake mushroom) and blanched to preserve color, flavor, and freshness before being soaked in a proprietary seasoning solution to enhance taste.
Next, the mushrooms are rapidly frozen to help maintain their natural structure and moisture balance before entering the vacuum cooking process. Using low-temperature vacuum cooking technology, the mushrooms are gently cooked under reduced pressure, allowing them to become light and crispy while absorbing less oil than traditional frying methods.
After vacuum cooking, the chips are cooled and lightly seasoned before undergoing quality inspection, including metal detection and final product screening. The finished chips are then packaged to preserve freshness, flavor, and crunch in every bag.
This process helps create a crispy, flavorful mushroom snack with a lighter texture, rich umami taste, and better-for-you profile.
How much chip is in a bag?
Each bag has 1.41 oz of chips which is two servings. Each bag has 7g of fiber.
What kind of mushrooms do you use for chips and jerkies?
We use freshly harvested Shiitake Mushrooms and Deer Antler Mushrooms for both chips and jerkies. We do not use any chemicals or synthetic fertilizers when growing the mushrooms.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to ship most orders on the next business day and then it takes 3-5 business days to be delivered.

Of the flavors I've tried, this one is my favorite.
The texture is very close yet preferred pver traditional meat jerky. The flavor is cravable and it's a satisfying snack.

This product is as close to the actual texture & flavor of meat based jerky, the best I've eaten! I love mushrooms & I've used portabellas in place of meat many times. This teriyaki flavor is subtle, not overpowering. I appreciate how the environment benefits from not using resources to raise beef cattle & the cruelty of factory farming to obtain meat.
